Q. Who sells on ValveBroker?

A. Any manufacturer, distributor, jobber, contractor, or individual with valves to sell.  In order to be listed, the product must be owned, in stock, and ready for shipment within 24 hours.  You are dealing directly with the owner of the product through the ValveBroker marketplace.

Q. What happens after I place an order?

A: ValveBroker's proprietary programming on the Shopify platform automatically transmits your prepaid purchase order directly to the seller.  The seller is then required to confirm when shipped, and provide tracking information.  Tracking information may either be through the ValveBroker platform or some other means, but in all cases the tracking information will be available from the top menu above.  Simply click "Track Your Order" and enter your order number, e-mail, or tracking number.

Q. What is the return policy?

A: Return policy varies by seller on ValveBroker; in most cases these are industrial/commercial items and considered non-returnable.  If a seller does not provide a return policy, you must consider any sales to be final.

Q. How do I list products on ValveBroker?

A. We're working on an automated seller application, but in the meantime, please send an email to mikez@valvebroker.com or call him at 1-800-555-1212.  Once approved, it's much like any other online sales platform, you'll upload a listing spreadsheet and photos.  Individuals with single, one-time only items may also opt to fill in an online listing form and upload images.
